[Job Responsibilities]
1. Develop an annual work plan for the marketing department based on the company's strategic goals and operational plans;
2. Responsible for formulating and successfully implementing various large-scale market activities in the region, supervising the implementation and evaluating market effects and budget implementation;
3. Carry out academic network construction and expert maintenance in the region, be responsible for market information collection in the regional market, and adjust product strategies in a timely manner;

[Job requirements]
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine or pharmacy;
