[Job Responsibilities]
1. Marketing planning and organization:
According to the company's product strategy, formulate corresponding activity plans and promote implementation, effectively carry out budget management, stimulate sales growth, collect information on competing products, and promptly feedback superiors and companies;
2. KOL expert training and maintenance:
KOL expert teams in product-related fields are established, visit and maintain on a regular basis, build an academic cooperation platform, and cultivate product spokespersons;
3. Internal sales staff training:
Regularly evaluate the professional knowledge level of clinical sales personnel and formulate corresponding training plans, organize product training and assessment, and comprehensively improve the professionalization and promotion ability of sales teams;
4. Other work assigned by the superior manager.
[Job requirements]
1. Under 35 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in medicine;
2. 1-2 years sales experience, with experience in gastroenterology, obstetrics and gynaecology, pediatrics promotion work and major account management is preferred;
3. Excellent past performance, good interpersonal communication skills, teamwork ability, resistance to stress and high execution.
