OTC Regional Manager

【Recruitment position】 OTC Regional Manager (9 people)

【Salary】6000-10000/month

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for completing the sales targets set by the department on time;
2. Responsible for the development and maintenance of regional target assessment customers (pharmacies, chain headquarters), and rationally optimize them, and establish important customer files;
3. Assist the department manager to determine the company's OTC terminal channel development, promotion and other marketing plans and strictly implement them;
4. Responsible for keeping the product display eye-catching in the regional assessment pharmacy, and doing a good job in display maintenance, etc.;
5. Responsible for drug publicity, education, visits, price maintenance, and checking and processing of drugs in regional pharmacies, and reasonably maintain the inventory of regional pharmacies;
6. Regularly follow up the collection work of the business flow for which it is responsible every month, and accurately grasp and report the business inventory situation;
7. Establish a close cooperative relationship with KA managers and business personnel, and establish and improve product sales channels;
8. Reasonably apply for promotional materials, promotional materials, gifts, premiums, etc., and the use is true and effective.
Qualifications:
1. Under 35 years old, regardless of gender, more than one year of relevant work experience;
2. Have strong independent thinking and communication skills, adaptability, honesty and trustworthiness, hard work. Have a strong team spirit. Able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
3. Can be stationed in the local work area, and those with drug sales experience are preferred.
4. Basic salary + commission.
