Ingredients:

Aluminum magnesium dimethicone

This product is a compound preparation, and its composition is: each tablet contains: 200 mg of aluminum hydroxide dry glue (corresponding to 153 mg of aluminum hydroxide); 200 mg of magnesium hydroxide; 18.9 mg of dimethicone.

Indications:

For gastric acid hypertrophy, stomach and duodenal ulcers and flatulence of the gastrointestinal tract.

Dosage:

Precautions:

1. The aluminum hydroxide in this product can prevent the absorption of phosphorus. By combining with phosphate ions, it forms insoluble aluminum phosphate, which is not absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract, resulting in a decrease in serum phosphate concentration and a removal of phosphorus from the bone. Therefore, fracture patients and patients with hypophosphatemia should not take this product, this product is not suitable for long-term use. It is recommended not to take more than 8 tablets within 24 hours and no more than 2 weeks when taking the highest dose.

2. Taking appendicitis or acute abdomen can aggravate the condition and increase the risk of perforation of the appendix.

3. Long-term use of patients with renal failure can cause aluminum poisoning, and psychiatric symptoms, especially for patients with hemodialysis, can produce dialysis dementia, manifested as muscle pain convulsions, nervousness or irritability, abnormal taste, slow breathing And symptoms such as extreme fatigue and weakness.
